How to take care of our Jewellery
- Avoid contact with water, perfume and other chemicals
- Store jewellery properly
- Remove jewellery before going to bed, showering and physical activities
Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Broken chains
- Wrong size! Please refer to our sizing chart and measurements
- Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones
Plating or oxidised 'antique' Finish that has worn off
Plating is a metal coasting that is bonded electronically or chemically to a case metal to give a difference colour or finish. Please be aware that plating will eventually wear down over time and depending on use etc.

How to care for Sterling Silver
Our Lavish Jewellery Collection is 925 Sterling Silver.
Sterling Silver is a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time.
Polishing Cloth is included in your purchase to maintain your sterling silver jewellery.
Soap and warm water is a classic cleaning method as an alternative to polishing cloth.
All Jewellery purchased from the Lavish Collection will come with a small jewellery box which is perfect for storing jewellery safely.
Please note: chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided. Proper caring and maintenance are necessary for any fine jewellery.

What do I do if I have an allergic reaction?
